It’s all about your abdominal muscle group. Every class is different as Kim’s creativity shines as she finds new and effective ways for you to crush that core. And true to the Fit Factor name… there will be a cardio element.

Fit Factor Arms

An arm and upper body sculpting workout in the Fit Factor style. Fit Factor Arms employs bands, weights and plyometrics designed build strength and strip fat. Classes evolve so that no two workouts are ever the same. Nothing sexier than lean and mean arms and shoulders!

Fit Factor Bootie Barre

Guess what? You don’t need a ballet barre at home to do this glute focused, butt burning barre class! Grab any chair in the house with a back and you’re ready to go. Bootie Barre utilizes light weights, isometrics and high repetitions while keeping the heart rate elevated with plyometric cardio bursts – building long, lean muscles in a high calorie burning workout!

Fit Factor Bootie

Get ready to switch it up and challenge your whole body! Combine the benefits of quick cardio bursts and abs with strength training and booty shaping. You’ll get a kick-butt (pun intended) workout with similar metabolism soaring benefits as Fit Factor. Gain confidence and lift that bootie.

Cardio Kick Fit

Ready to get sweaty and shreddy?! This rapid-fire class includes a killer mix of high-intensity cardio kickboxing and total body toning moves. You’ll get your heart rate up with some kick-butt kickboxing, torching calories with every punch! Then, we’ll shape and define your muscles with light weight resistance work, giving you a fierce, full body workout!

Dance & Sculpt

This 45-minute nonstop cardio party features fun, easy-to-follow high-intensity dance cardio moves and toning for your core and glutes. Get ready to sweat, shake, and smile! All you need is a pair of sneakers and an open mind.

Fit Factor Full Body/Express

Signature Kim Kelly class. Available in both full length (30-40 minutes) as well as the shorter 15-20 minute Fit Factor Express version. Expect a high intensity full body workout through the use of resistance training, and plyometrics. This workout will challenge your strength, endurance, and aerobic fitness! All levels welcome.

Fit Fusion

Fit Fusion is a variety of effective methods mixed into one balanced flow. Classes are 20-40 minutes and are made up of on and off the mat exercises driven by music! You’ll focus on isometric and dynamic movements stemming from Lexi’s favorite ways to sweat – pilates, barre & cardio kick boxing.

Tabata

Follow Carrie as she takes you through a hi-intensity interval training known as Tabata. Push yourself to the max for 20 seconds and then take ten seconds off… then repeat. You do each exercise eight times before moving to the next. Four exercises is all you’ll need to reach your cardio goals!

Yoga

We offer a number of different yoga classes. Yoga Body Fusion is a mix of mind/body workout that includes cardio, balance and core workouts with the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, blocks, balls, and straps. The Yoga Flow classes are of a more traditional bent – focusing on uniting mind a body through breath, fluid movements, and meditation. Sara’s Candlelight Stretch classes are designed to help you connect, recover and release stale energy that is no longer serving you.
