    We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.

    We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.

    By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the the U.S.A., without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Kim Kelly Fitness, Inc. and you, or its business partners and associates.
  • Disputes:
    Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court U.S.A. and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
  • Comments, Reviews, and Emails:
    Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing
  • First month and unlimited month packages can be used up to once per day.
  • Recurring memberships automatically renew after completion of the initial commitment. Email us at to change or cancel your recurring membership, after the initial commitment has been met and with at least 30 days before your next scheduled payment. In the event of cancellation before the initial commitment has been met, you will pay the difference between the full priced package and the discounted contract package for the number of completed payments made under the contract at time of early cancellation.   • Should the contract be canceled prior to fulfilling the minimum commitment, an early termination fee equal to the difference between the regular package price and the discounted contract price will apply for all completed payments at the time of cancellation.

  • Kim Kelly Fit accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit.
  • All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable. However, your package can be transferred to another client.
  • The studio opens 15 minutes before class.


  • Kim Kelly Fit has have a 12-hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be re-credited to your account for future use.
  • Classes cancelled after the 12-hour window, will be considered late cancellations. Session clients will lose that session, and unlimited members will be charged a $15 fee for late cancellations and $25 for no shows. However, you may show-up on standby for another class during the same day and if a spot is available- it’s yours! We cannot promise that a spot will be available, so those who attend on standby assume the risk that the class may be full. Please note, our standby policy does not apply to Classpass reservations.
  • All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable. However, your package can be transferred to another client.
  • To cancel your class reservation, log into Mindbody, go to My Info, click My Schedule, and click Cancel next to the class time.


  • If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist. To join the waitlist you must have a class credit in your account.
  • If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email. To receive these reminders, your Mindbody profile must be set to accept notifications and reminders.
  • You can remove yourself from the waitlist up to 12 hours before the class starts. Once inside the 12-hour window before class, no further clients will be pulled from the waitlist. Please be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer plan on joining the class — if you are pulled off the waitlist and don’t show up for class, you will lose that session, or be charged a $25 no show fee if you are an unlimited member.


Return & Refund Policy

  1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
